URULI is published twice a year, timed to Bohag Bihu in the spring and to Durga Puja in the autumn. It carries essays, memoir, poetry, translation and the season's record of what the association did — in English, Assamese and now Kannada.

The third language is not a courtesy. Adding Kannada was a decision about where the community actually lives: the children reading it were born here, and the neighbours the association wants to be read by have never read Assamese.

Back issues were once published online as e-URULI, in separate Durga Puja and Bihu editions.
